Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of relevant IAM, SSO, implementation, or software engineering experience.
• Experience onboarding applications to SSO and integrating with identity providers.
• Strong understanding of authentication flows and IAM concepts.

Responsibilities

• Onboard applications to Single Sign-On (SSO) using SAML 2.0.
• Consult with customers and vendors on authentication requirements.
• Troubleshoot and support existing SSO integrations and certificate renewals.
• Manage service requests, testing, and production rollouts; create Jira stories and status updates.
• Collaborate with Product, Scrum Masters, and technical teams.
