Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks a SSN-X Producibility Lead to support the Submarine Future Attack Submarine Office from SPA HQ in Alexandria, VA.

You will develop producibility, construction, and manufacturing strategies for SSN(X) and interface with team leads and PMS 351. The role combines design-for-manufacturing work with early-stage manufacturing planning, with light telework and occasional travel to the Washington Navy Yard and partner sites.

Formación

• Programmatic experience managing projects or programs in the defense industry.
• 5+ years supporting Technical and/or Defense Industry.
• Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering field.
• DoD Secret Clearance.
• NAVSEA or Submarine Experience (Desired).
• 10+ years supporting Technical and/or Defense Industry (Desired).

Responsabilidades

• Develop producibility, construction, and manufacturing strategies for SSN(X).
• Develop early-stage manufacturing plans such as Manufacturing Assembly Plans (MAP).
• Support design for producibility and manufacturing; streamline submarine design for easier manufacture.
• Coordinate with PMS351 Technical Director and Team Submarine Lead on producibility efforts.
