Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is seeking a SSN(X) Producibility Lead to support Team Submarine Future Attack Submarine Program Office.

You will develop producibility, manufacturing strategies, and early-stage manufacturing plans for next-generation submarines at SPA HQ in Alexandria, VA, with light telework and regular travel to the Washington Navy Yard. Required qualifications include 5+ years in defense project management, a Bachelor's in Engineering, and DoD Secret Clearance;

Qualifications

• Programmatic experience managing defense projects.
• 5+ years supporting Technical/Defense Industry.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• DoD Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop producibility and manufacturing strategies for SSN(X).
• Support design for producibility and manufacturing of future submarines to reduce complexity.
• Develop early-stage manufacturing plans (MAP) and advanced manufacturing strategies; travel up to ~10% to client sites and partner locations.
