Position: State Specific Law AttorneyCapitol Bridge Inc is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented
State Specific Law Attorney to join our team. The SSL Attorney will research state-specific law objections and advise on responses. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of state laws and arbitration proceedings.
Location: Remote (preferably CST or EST time zones)
Pay and Benefits:
Base Salary: $70,000 to $90,000, depending on qualifications.

Job Responsibilities:
- Research state-specific law objections and provide guidance on responses.
- Create RFI templates for general and state-specific objections.
- Arbitrate/decide payment disputes as needed.
- Remain neutral when analyzing materials.
- Review cases, determine facts, and assess issues.
- Research issues using state law, regulations, and contracts.
- Communicate determinations clearly in writing.
- Exercise independent judgment for accurate, well-supported decisions.
- Gather case information and render final determinations.
- Manage complex case files.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Interpret regulations and policies to make recommendations.
- Ensure solutions align with organizational objectives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Juris Doctorate preferred.
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Minimum of 3 years arbitrating or adjudicating disputes in the medical field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with SharePoint, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office.
