Position: State Specific Law Attorney
Capitol Bridge Inc is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented State Specific Law Attorney to join our team. The SSL Attorney will research state-specific law objections and advise on responses. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of state laws and arbitration proceedings.

Location: Remote (preferably CST or EST time zones)

Pay and Benefits:
Base Salary: $70,000 to $90,000, depending on qualifications.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Research state-specific law objections and provide guidance on responses.
  • Create RFI templates for general and state-specific objections.
  • Arbitrate/decide payment disputes as needed.
  • Remain neutral when analyzing materials.
  • Review cases, determine facts, and assess issues.
  • Research issues using state law, regulations, and contracts.
  • Communicate determinations clearly in writing.
  • Exercise independent judgment for accurate, well-supported decisions.
  • Gather case information and render final determinations.
  • Manage complex case files.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Interpret regulations and policies to make recommendations.
  • Ensure solutions align with organizational objectives.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Juris Doctorate preferred.
  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years arbitrating or adjudicating disputes in the medical field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with SharePoint, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office.
