Founded in 2012, Capitol Bridge is based in Arlington, Virginia, with expertise in independent medical reviews, records/data management, medical coding, administrative staffing, and eligibility reviews.

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Compliance Attorney to ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and internal policies, focusing on risk management and compliance. Responsibilities include developing and implementing compliance programs, conducting audits, and providing legal guidance.

Location:

Remote (preferred in CST or EST zones)

Pay and Benefits:
  • Base Rate: $75,000 to $90,000 depending on qualifications
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid holidays and vacation
Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures
  • Design payment determination templates
  • Act as point of contact for CMS, participate in scheduled calls, and perform other duties as assigned
  • Interpret applicable regulations and policies to determine recommendations
  • Ensure solutions align with organizational objectives
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Juris Doctorate preferred
  • 3+ years relevant experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
