Job summary

RigUp, Inc. is seeking a Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) professional to support SSHE stewardship, develop performance metrics, and assist the SSHE Supervisor.

The role involves coordinating activities with Regional SSHE Advisors and may require a 5/2 schedule with on-call weekends. Responsibilities include developing SHE training for plant and contractors, implementing the safety plan system, communicating safety plans, designing an incentive program, coordinating waste management and IH

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Associates degree preferred but not required.
• 4–5 years of related experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in construction safety positions.
• Taproot experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop safety training for plant and contractors.
• Set up safety plan implementation system incl. hardware, data flow, reporting.
• Develop safety communications plan for employees and contractors.
• Design a safety incentive program.
• Coordinate Waste Management, Environment and Industrial Hygiene plan for turnaround.
• Review contractor safety plans.
• Assist in risk analysis of specific jobs.
• Implement the safety program.
• Compile SHE statistics.

Job Description:

Support Business Line Safety, Security, Health, and Environment (SSHE) stewardship processes and portfolio analysis. Develop and monitor performance metrics to evaluate business performance. Support the SSHE Supervisor in managing the SSHE program, as directed by the SSHE Supervisor. Coordinate a variety of activities and be the point of contact for the Regional SSHE Advisors. This is a 5/2 schedule with occasional on call weekend work.

Responsibilities:

• Develop Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) training on safety procedure and practices for the plant as well as contractors
• Set up system for implementing the safety plan including hardware, software, data flow, analysis techniques and reporting format
• Develop safety communication plan to employees and contractors
• Design a safety incentive program
• Coordinate the development of the Waste Management, Environment and Industrial Hygiene plan for the turnaround
• Review Contractor safety plans
• Part of the team to perform risk analysis of specific jobs
• Implement the safety program
• Compile SHE statistics

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred

• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience preferred but not required
• Experience in Construction Safety-related positions
