University of California, Merced is seeking a Course and Curriculum Coordinator to determine term offerings, sequence courses, and manage start-of-term processes. You will handle enrollment limits, replace courses, supervise summer scheduling, and ensure accurate final exam periods.
You will also review course proposals, update the General Catalog, and develop solutions to scheduling challenges, working with Divisional Services and department leadership.
Compensation Range: The University of California, Merced will pay the successful candidate a salary in the range of $59,200 to $61,200 per year.
Work Setting: Hybrid – 3 days onsite, with the first 6-month probation period requiring 100% onsite attendance.
The Course and Curriculum Coordinator works independently in consultation with Divisional Services, Department Leadership, and the SSHA Manager of Instructional Services to determine courses offered each term, sequence them appropriately, and manage start‑of‑term processes. The coordinator handles enrollment limits, replaces courses, oversees summer session scheduling, ensures accurate final exam periods, reviews new/revised course proposals, updates the General Catalog, and develops solutions to scheduling challenges.
