As a Senior Meat Cutter, you will drive sales in your area to deliver to our members more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.
What you'll do...
- Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate other associates on tools and resources, communicate effectively, and develop interpersonal skills for providing excellent customer service. Be flexible to the needs of the business, track goods, maintain stock levels, and control shrinkage.
- Be an Expert: Maintain in-depth knowledge of various meat products, equipment, and backroom operations. Provide meat products to members by processing meat according to specifications, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, sanitation, and inventory management.
- Be a Techie: Use digital tools to enhance sales and the shopping experience. Utilize handheld technology for immediate business decisions related to production, training, and product quality, encouraging others to adopt new tools.
- Be an Owner: Drive business results by ensuring operational excellence, planning for profitability, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Assist members with purchasing decisions, ensure proper packaging and storage, and eliminate waste.
- Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department and club, model high-quality service, interact with associates to understand and resolve roadblocks, and assist in training.
Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity. Complete work assignments efficiently, collaborate with team members, and adapt to change and feedback.

Minimum Qualifications...
- 6 months’ experience in a fresh production department.
- Must be 18 years or older.
