Position Summary...

As a Senior Meat Cutter, you will drive sales in your area to deliver to our members more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

What you'll do...

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate other associates on tools and resources, communicate effectively, and develop interpersonal skills for excellent customer service. Be flexible to business needs, track goods, maintain in-stock levels, and control shrinkage.
• Be an Expert: Maintain in-depth knowledge of various meat products, equipment, and backroom operations. Process meat according to specifications, ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards, operate and sanitize equipment.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools to enhance sales, shopping experience, and associate engagement. Utilize handheld technology for decision-making, adapt to new tools, and encourage their use.
• Be an Owner: Drive business results through operational excellence, planning for profitability, maintaining quality standards, reducing waste, securing merchandise, assisting members, and proper packaging and storage.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department and club, model high-quality service, and assist in training associates.
• Comply with company policies and standards of ethics and integrity, implement action plans, and foster open communication.
• Complete work assignments by collaborating with managers and colleagues, prioritizing tasks, communicating progress, and seeking continuous improvement.
