Job summary

Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. (MPS) in San Jose, CA, seeks a Marketing/Applications professional to drive pricing strategy and coordinate product launches for PMIC applications in SSD and DDR memory markets.

The role interfaces with IC design, field applications, factory applications, and marketing communications to ensure timely product introduction and robust support materials. You will engage with field sales and customers, influence product data sheets and applications materials, and help

Qualifications

• Identifying and developing future business in the SSD and DDR Memory PMIC markets.
• Experience in Marketing / Applications within an Analog IC company.
• BSEE degree preferred.

Job Description

Work with IC design, field applications, factory applications and marketing communications to ensure the timely, and successful, launch of new products into the marketplace. Drive pricing strategy for each product, based primarily on the value of its function for any given application. Furthermore, the PME needs to have input to product data sheets and applications support materials. Work with all inquiries for MPS’ products from our field sales, applications engineers and customers via telephone or electronic communication. Reporting to: Director of Marketing

• Assist in go to market strategy to accelerate and gain share.
• Drive technology roadmap execution to clearly meet market needs going forward.

Qualifications

Responsibilities include identifying and developing future business in the SSD and DDR Memory market segments for PMIC applications. 3+ years experience in Marketing / Applications within an Analog IC Company BSEE Preferred

The base salary range for this position in California is $120,000 - $160,000.
