Job summary

UPS Charleston Center is seeking a Seasonal Part-Time Helper Coordinator to supervise, train, and develop workgroups focused on safety, production, and attendance. You will maintain high standards for accuracy, productivity, and customer service while fostering teamwork and proactive communication.

The role requires lifting up to 70 lbs, flexibility for a part-time schedule, and experience in leading teams.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs/32 kg as part of warehouse tasks.
• Flexibility to work a part-time seasonal schedule (up to 5 days per week).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Experience in supervising or leading teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, develops, and monitors workgroups for safety, production, and attendance.
• Maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization and safety.
• Facilitates training for new and current employees.
• Ensures adherence to safety policies and procedures and compliant operations.
