Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be available to work Monday-Friday from 9:00am - 5:30pm.
• Ability to be a team player and follow procedures.
• Must possess the ability to multi-task and manage workload efficiently.

Responsibilities

• File appeals for clients on time per SSA deadlines.
• Assist clients with questions regarding their paperwork.
• Communicate with SSA about client's claims.
• Review files for potential issues.
• Review and prepare RFH files for legal teams.
• Interact with attorneys and present case synopsis.
• Manage case files from intake to closing.
• Daily interaction with clients via phone and email.
