Job summary

Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking full-time Case Consultants in Longwood, Florida to serve as the first point of contact for clients. In this role, you will provide reassurance and guidance in critical situations, manage inbound and outbound calls, and document case information. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college experience preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and comprehension skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, minimum 35 WPM typing.

Responsibilities
