Job summary

A leading energy provider is seeking Initial License Trainees to become licensed Senior Reactor Operators (SRO) at Calvert Cliffs Generating Station in Maryland. The role involves an extensive training period, including classroom work and on-the-job evaluation, to ensure candidates are fully prepared for their roles. The position offers competitive compensation, with earnings ranging from $159,000 to $182,000 annually depending on experience, along with various benefits. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, with additional qualifications as specified in the job requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have 1.5+ years as a qualified non-licensed operator or a Staff member, Supervisor or Manager in work control.
• Current or previous SRO Instructor certification and experience.

Responsibilities

• Attend Initial License Training which includes classroom and on-the-job training.
• Complete all phases of training to obtain an SRO license.
• Perform other job assignments as directed by management.
