A leading clean energy provider in the United States is seeking Initial License Trainees to become licensed Senior Reactor Operators at the Quad Cities Nuclear Power Station. This role involves training to supervise reactor operations and requires a high school diploma along with specific Reactor Operator experience. The position offers competitive compensation between $159,000 and $182,000 annually, along with benefits including bonuses, 401(k) matching, and relocation assistance. Suitable candidates will undergo extensive training starting in January 2027.

Qualifications

• 1 year Reactor Operator license or 1.5 years at a non-comparable facility.
• SRO Instructor certification is preferred.
• Must maintain favorable medical examination as per job duties.

Responsibilities

• Attend Initial License Training and successfully complete to obtain SRO license.
• Supervise licensed activities of reactor operators in control room.
• Perform other job assignments as directed by management.
