JSG (Johnson Service Group, Inc.) is seeking Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) Trainees for the Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Plant in Lusby, MD. The role offers a total compensation of $159-182K, including bonuses and comprehensive benefits. Candidates must be able to work in the U.S., have a High School Diploma, and possess relevant reactor operator experience. Post-training, the SRO will oversee plant operations and lead a team of operators. Relocation support is provided, along with a strong work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Acquire the essential skills and knowledge for a Senior Reactor Operator License holder.
• Completion of Simulator Certification and NRC SRO License.
• Engage in classroom instruction and simulator training.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operations of the reactor control room post-training.
• Oversee Reactor Operators and Equipment Operators during operations.
• Ensure proper procedure use and tagging evolutions.

Skills

Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

1-year Reactor Operator license at a PWR facility or 1.5 years at a BWR facility

Navy Reactor Operator experience (1.5 years or more)

Ability to pass pre-employment tests

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent
