Job summary

Memorial Health is seeking an anesthesia support professional to join our on-site team. The role focuses on preparing anesthesia equipment and supplies for surgical procedures, and provides daily support to CRNAs and anesthesiologists.

On-site training will develop advanced technical skills for equipment preparation and calibration. Responsibilities include inventory management, equipment troubleshooting, daily cleaning, quality control, and participation in cell saver operations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support patient care by assisting Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists and Anesthesiologists.
• Computer ordering of supplies and maintenance of inventory par levels in anesthesia work areas
• Troubleshoot anesthesia equipment failures
• Daily cleaning of the anesthesia equipment and work areas
• Daily quality control and calibration of anesthesia equipment and processing of patient blood specimens
• Complete Cell Saver Course to operate Cell Saver for major surgical cases and participate in cell saver call

Job Description Summary: Integral part of the anesthesia care team. On-site training to provide advanced technical skills in the preparation of all anesthesia equipment and supplies used during surgical and related medical procedures.

• successful completion of Cell Saver Course to be competent to operate Cell Saver for major surgical cases and participate in cell saver call.

Pay Transparency $18.34 - $28.42 Additional compensation in the form(s) of participation in our annual incentive program are dependent on role. Pay is based on factors such as work experience, education, certification(s), training, skills, and competencies related to the role.
