Job summary

Topaz Fiscal Services LLC is seeking a State Tested Nurse Assistant (SRNA/STNA/CNA) for 12-hour shifts from 7pm to 7am. The role focuses on meeting residents' personal care needs per care plans in a compassionate, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate with residents and nursing staff.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Prior experience as LTC nursing assistant preferred, or equivalent education/experience.
• Successful completion of State Approved Nursing Assistant Training.
• Good standing in the state registry is required.

Responsibilities

• Answers signal lights, bells, or intercom to determine residents' needs and ensures call lights are within reach.
• Checks residents who are unable to call for help.
• Provides direct resident care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Explains procedures to residents.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.

Ensures that resident's personal care needs are being met in accordance with Residents' wishes and Care Plan Objectives.
