Job summary

Topaz Fiscal Services LLC seeking a State Tested Nurse Assistant (SRNA/STNA/CNA) in Kentucky to provide compassionate personal care in alignment with residents' care plans. The role features 12-hour night shifts (7pm–7am) and a commitment to high-quality, deficiency-free care in a supportive setting.

You will assist with bathing, dressing, mobility, and daily living activities, communicate with residents and staff in English, and meet state training requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be State Tested Nurse Assistant (STNA) with current credentials.
• Excellent communication with residents and staff.
• Experience in long-term care preferred or equivalent background.
• Successful completion of State Approved Nursing Assistant Training.
• Good standing in the state registry is required.

Responsibilities

• Answers signal lights, bells, or intercom system to determine residents' needs and ensures call lights are within reach of resident.
• Ensures that residents' who are unable to call for help are checked frequently.
• Gives direct resident care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming of residents.
• Explains procedures to residents.
• Assists residents as necessary in their activities of daily living.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Job Summary:

Ensures that resident's personal care needs are being met in accordance with Residents' wishes and Care Plan Objectives.

Schedule: 12-hour shifts 7pm to 7am
