Job summary

Hadrian is building autonomous factories to reindustrialize America and is expanding our IT and device management capabilities in Los Angeles. The role focuses on scalable, automated solutions for deployment, security configurations, and optimized device management across fleet management platforms.

You will own and automate MDM configurations, develop self-healing tools, and work with Security, IT, and Infrastructure to meet compliance baselines while building dashboards to measure end-user

Qualifications

• Strong scripting in Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
• Hands-on IaC with Ansible and Terraform (or equivalents).
• Experience with at least one major MDM and its API surface.
• Practice in patch management, vulnerability remediation, and endpoint hardening.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable, automated solutions for deployments, security configurations, and end-user workflows.
• Own, administer, and optimize MDM platforms to enforce configuration and self-healing by scripting.
• Gather telemetry and analytics to understand device lifecycles and prevent disruptions.
• Collaborate with Security, IT, and Infrastructure to translate compliance (CMMC) into baselines.
• Create dashboards and alerts measuring end-user experience as an SLO.
