Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related STEM subject (science, technology, engineering, math).
• GPA of 2.75 or higher is required.
• Ability to troubleshoot with analytical approach.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Right to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support for enterprise technology, including trading engines and regulatory reporting.
• Collaborate with teams to maintain technical systems and processes.
• Discuss ITIL, monitoring, DevOps, SRE and disaster recovery concepts with stakeholders.
