Job summary

mthree is seeking a Production Support/SRE Analyst to join our Alumni program in New York and beyond. You will support enterprise systems, monitor critical services, and help ensure reliability in a fast-paced environment serving top global clients.

Participants train at the mthree Academy and join a client for 12–24 months with salary increases each year, with most placements moving to permanent roles. Training and progression are central to this opportunity.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Willingness to work onsite at multiple US locations, with primary NY/Dallas.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support for enterprise tech, including trading engines and regulatory reporting.
• Monitor services, respond to incidents, and coordinate with DevOps/SRE practices.
• Maintain system reliability, monitoring, and disaster recovery readiness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure stable production environments.
