Job summary

Litera is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineering leader in a hybrid Denver-based role. You will guide a team to ensure reliability, scalability, and security of SaaS and on‑prem platforms, partnering across Engineering, Product, Security, and IT.

You will drive major incident leadership, post‑incident improvements, and establish SLOs/SLIs with dashboards to inform decisions. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent and cloud experience (Azure/AWS) are preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience operating and troubleshooting distributed SaaS applications across hybrid environments, including on‑prem and Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
• 2+ years of SRE management experience leading teams that support multi‑product platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing SRE team, creating a culture of ownership, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Improve reliability, availability, and performance of cloud and on‑prem platforms through strong leadership and technical oversight.
• Drive incident response practices, including major incident leadership, RCA, and post‑incident improvements.
• Establish reliability metrics (SLOs/SLIs) and dashboards to improve visibility and decision‑making.
• Reduce operational toil by implementing automation across runbooks, monitoring, and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Engineering to enhance observability, scalability, and operational readiness across customer‑facing systems.
• Support platform growth through capacity planning and cloud/infrastructure cost optimization.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Security, and IT to align reliability initiatives with business priorities.
