Job summary

Sonar, headquartered in Austin, TX, seeks a seasoned leader to head Platform/SRE efforts for SonarQube Cloud and Server. You will guide engineers, drive reliability, and shape the infrastructure roadmap to deliver secure, scalable code-review and verification tools.

You will own on-call health, incident response, and automation to reduce toil, collaborating across squads to uphold governance and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering with a strong SRE focus.
• Deep understanding of DevOps/SRE mindset and mission-critical services.
• Proven cloud infrastructure experience with AWS and organizational scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Cloud and Site Reliability Engineers.
• Oversee on-call health, incident response, and automation to reduce toil.
• Ensure production platform reliability, performance, and security while aligning with governance.
