Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operating large-scale distributed systems.
• Ability to design and implement automation to reduce toil.
• Experience with change management and incident response in production environments.
• Clear understanding of cloud platforms and security requirements.
• U.S. citizenship with TS/SCI w/ Poly clearance and location-based restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Provide cloud operations for Oracle National Security Realms.
• Escalation points for junior SREs during incidents.
• Automate tasks for continuous delivery and availability.
• Support onboarding of new services and tools, ensuring operational readiness.
• Create and maintain documentation for processes and system support.
• Drive safety and efficiency through automation and best practices.
• Collaborate with global service and engineering teams to implement CI/CD practices.
