Job summary

Oracle National Security Realms seeks a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to design, build, and operate scalable infrastructure cloud services. You’ll automate workflows, analyze performance, and partner with global teams to ensure high availability.

This role requires participation in a 24/7 shift rotation, including nights and weekends, with on-call duties. Expect collaboration across service owners, engineering, and customer support to maintain realm compliance and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Linux/Unix systems and cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 on-call rotation, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Serve as escalation point during complex or high-impact incidents.
• Manage and execute complex Change Management tickets with care for safety.
• On-board new services and ensure operational readiness and integration.
• Mentor and train SREs to build team capability and confidence.
• Create and maintain documentation for operational processes.
• Identify manual tasks and drive automation to reduce toil.
• Automate tasks for CI/CD and continuous availability.
