Charles Schwab is seeking an experienced SRE engineer to advance system reliability and automation. You will drive onboard tooling, monitoring dashboards, and proactive alerting for large, mission-critical applications.

Qualifications

6-8 years of enterprise level administration and support.

Responsibilities

Evangelize SRE mindset and solve problems through systematization.
Identify opportunities to build innovative tools and solve operations problems on enterprise applications.
Create scripts to automate operational tasks and incorporate solutions into infrastructure.
Triage alerts and diagnose/resolve critical issues and manage changes.
Develop tools, frameworks, and instrumentation to validate and increase rollout success.
Coordinate capacity planning.
Develop CI/CD orchestration systems to reduce friction for production delivery.
Real-time troubleshooting of mission-critical workflows and provide feedback to product teams.
Participate in on-call support.
