Job summary

You will partner with application engineering, platform, and security teams to raise production readiness and deployment reliability on systems that serve clients around the clock.

The role emphasizes IaC, CI/CD, AI-assisted operations, and modern reliability practices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or related field.
• Hands-on production support in public cloud or large enterprise environments.
• IaC and cloud infrastructure automation experience.
• GitHub or similar for source control, code review, and CI/CD.
• Monitoring, observability, incident response, and production readiness.
• Dashboarding with Grafana or comparable tools.
• Automation development using Python, Go, Java, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience with AI-assisted engineering tools with governance.
• Knowledge of SRE practices: SLOs, runbooks, toil reduction.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
