• Experience as SRE/Platform Engineer focusing on observability, monitoring, logging, tracing and alerting.

• Proficient in Python, Bash or Shell scripting for automation.
• Experience building monitoring dashboards, logging, distributed tracing, and alerting solutions.
• Experience with CI/CD tooling and cloud-native observability (GCP).

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with strong expertise in observability, monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger, and OpenSearch/ELK, along with scripting and CI/CD automation skills.

Required Technical Skills

• SRE, Observability, Monitoring, or Platform Engineering.
• Strong hands‑on experience with OpenTelemetry (OTEL), Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger, and OpenSearch/ELK.
• Experience building monitoring dashboards, logging, distributed tracing, and alerting solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with synthetic monitoring and proactive reliability engineering.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, and Shell scripting for automation and integrations.
• Experience with Docker, Git, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Working knowledge of GCP Cloud Monitoring and cloud‑native observability tools.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, Agile/Scrum, and incident management processes.
