Job summary

Claryo, Inc. is seeking a Systems Reliability Engineer to own the reliability of our platform across cloud, edge, and on-site deployments.

You’ll build observable, diagnosable, and repeatable systems and partner with engineering and deployment teams to ensure production readiness. You will manage across Kubernetes, edge compute, and real-world environments, improve incident response, and drive scalable deployments while maintaining strong ownership and hands-on debugging across infra, network,

Qualifications

• 3+ years in SRE, infrastructure, or distributed systems.
• Strong Linux and networking fundamentals.
• Production experience with Kubernetes and cloud platforms.
• Experience with observability tools and incident response.
• Ability to debug across infra, services, and network.

Responsibilities

• Own reliability of systems across cloud, edge, and on-site deployments.
• Build and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability systems.
• Define and improve incident response, severity levels, and on-call processes.
• Improve deployment and bring-up workflows across facilities.
• Diagnose issues across infrastructure, networking, and distributed systems.
• Partner with engineering to identify root causes and prevent recurring issues.
• Improve system visibility, debugging, and operational tooling.
• Help make deployments repeatable and scalable across sites.
