Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Tier 2 Operations Support Specialist to join our engineering team. You will help make systems more resilient and efficient, build in redundancy, implement monitoring tools, and automate tasks.

This role supports the Intelligence Community and requires TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. You will grow your SRE skills in cloud infrastructure while working with Linux and Windows environments.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in IT operations, system administration, or SRE.
• Experience performing second-level troubleshooting for system, application, or network issues.
• Experience using enterprise monitoring and incident management platforms such as ServiceNow, JIRA, or EMS.
• Experience with Linux or Windows system administration.
• Ability to obtain Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA‑Security, or GSEC within 6 months of start date.

Responsabilidades

• Build in redundancy and monitoring to create a resilient infrastructure.
• Automate routine tasks and self-repair processes.
• Analyze logs, correlate events, and validate system-level issues.
• Coordinate with Tier 3 teams for complex problem resolution.
