Qualifications

• 2–3 years of teaching experience with a track record of student achievement.
• Ability to foster a safe, supportive, and challenging learning environment.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to educational equity and culturally responsive pedagogy.
• Experience differentiating instruction for multilingual learners and students with IEPs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Tier II/III literacy intervention for K–4.
• Provide targeted math support and cross‑content reinforcement.
• Lead data cycles to analyze student performance and refine intervention plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, coaches, and leaders to strengthen SRBI structures.
• Engage families through regular communication and goal‑setting.
