Job summary

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain WorkForce Software configurations for the ATLAS program.
• Provide hands-on configuration and deployment expertise for Time and Attendance, Scheduling, Absence Case Tracking, Reporting, and Integrations.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Operations, and IT to translate business requirements into configurations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues to ensure system stability and data integrity.
• Support testing, validation, and deployment across multiple deployment waves.
• Ensure compliance with timekeeping and leave of absence regulations across US and Canada.
• Document configuration standards, processes, and change history.
• Provide post-deployment support and act as SME for WorkForce Software functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, Manufacturing Operations, and Finance.

• This is a critical role supporting the deployment and ongoing configuration of enterprise workforce management solutions for over 55,000 employees across the United States and Canada.
• The ideal candidate brings multiple years of direct, hands-on WorkForce Software (WFS) configuration experience and holds a current WorkForce Software certification.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain WorkForce Software configurations to support business requirements across the ATLAS program
• Provide hands-on configuration and deployment expertise for WorkForce Software modules, including Time and Attendance, Scheduling, Absence Case Tracking, Reporting, and Integrations
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Operations, and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into system configurations
• Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues, ensuring system stability and data integrity
• Support testing, validation, and deployment of configuration changes across multiple deployment waves
• Ensure compliance with timekeeping and leave of absence regulations across US and Canada
