Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Sr Workday Analyst- Security Administration & Job Architecture to join a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. The role owns Workday security administration and job architecture support within a complex HRIS environment, partnering with HR, IT Security, Compliance, and internal audit to strengthen access controls and data governance.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only. Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Six+ years HRIS experience, including four years Workday configuration.
• Proven ownership of Workday security configuration and role administration.
• Experience designing or restructuring Workday job architecture and classifications.
• Proficiency in Workday foundation data, advanced reports, and EIB data loads.
• Experience with audit and compliance activities related to HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer the Workday security model and resolve escalated access issues.
• Design and configure security changes aligned with least privilege principles.
• Conduct regular access reviews and collaborate with internal audit and compliance teams.
• Oversee job architecture design, including job families and profiles.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders on rationalizing job profiles.
• Enforce data standards and approval workflows for job-related changes.
• Build and maintain advanced reporting and perform security impact assessments for Workday releases.

For our client, we are seeking a Sr Workday Analyst- Security Administration & Job Architecture to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.

This role will own Workday security administration and job architecture support within a complex HRIS environment. You will partner closely with HR, IT Security, Compliance, and internal audit teams to strengthen access controls, support sensitive data governance, and guide structural changes tied to reorganizations. The position also plays a key role in reporting, release impact assessment, and maintaining strong standards for job-related data and approvals.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually
