Role Overview

We seek experienced field leaders passionate about teamwork, operational excellence, and impact. Your experience in leading crews, managing operations, and maintaining safety will be key to success in this role.

Your Mission

As a Senior Site Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations across multiple construction sites nationwide, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality. Collaborate with Project Managers and Superintendents to manage crews, coordinate logistics, and keep projects on track.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead site operations focusing on safety, quality, and timely delivery.
2. Understand project scope, sequencing, and technical methods to optimize productivity.
3. Coach and develop field teams, fostering accountability and teamwork.
4. Ensure safety compliance through daily briefings and standards enforcement.
5. Perform quality inspections and coordinate testing to meet specifications.
6. Manage materials and logistics for timely delivery and handling.
7. Address field challenges with technical guidance and decision-making.
8. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates and solutions.
9. Maintain accurate reports, safety records, and documentation.
10. Utilize company tools for effective site management.
11. Participate in training and development programs.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of construction or operational experience, with at least 2 years in supervision.
• Preferably in water/wastewater or heavy civil construction (training available).
• OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain).
• Proficiency with construction management tools (Procore preferred) and MS Office.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and team success.
• Ability to work outdoors, perform physical tasks, including climbing and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible for nationwide travel.
