Job Duties:

1. Project Leadership: Oversee multi-disciplinary teams on wastewater projects from design to construction.
2. Client Collaboration: Develop strong relationships with clients and regulatory agencies in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
3. Technical Expertise: Design wastewater treatment and conveyance systems, including hydraulic modeling, pump stations, and regulatory permitting. Interact with multiple clients in the Mid-Atlantic region (with a focus on Pennsylvania & New Jersey) to assist with the development of design criteria/parameters for water/wastewater facilities (including treatment, conveyance, and regulatory permitting).
4. Project Management: Manage project scope, tasks, schedules, and budgets.
5. Team Development: Mentor and guide junior engineers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in wastewater engineering.
• Pennsylvania Professional Engineer (PE) license is required or must be obtained within 6 months.
