Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a senior warehouse leader to drive end-to-end operations for a high-profile multi-site program in Torrance, CA. This role requires strategic vision, strong execution, and cross-functional coordination to move materials and products securely and on time.

You will lead a growing team, optimize layout and processes, monitor KPIs, and partner with vendors and stakeholders to sustain operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in warehouse or logistics operations, including leadership of multi-site environments.
  • Experience managing multi-site operations and high-volume networks; background in large programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight of warehouse operations across multiple venues.
  • Oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, and outbound activities.
  • Develop scalable logistics strategies for layout optimization and efficiency.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs: occupancy, accuracy, on-time delivery, asset utilization.
  • Ensure storage integrity, load traceability, inventory accuracy, and SLA adherence.
  • Drive continuous improvement through process optimization and enabling tech.
  • Lead, coach, and develop warehouse teams with safety and accountability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders for network coordination.
  • Implement robust asset security protocols for inventory and facilities.
  • Ensure regulatory, safety, and environmental compliance; follow internal governance.
  • Analyze performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare executive-level reporting with insights and strategic recommendations.

This role is responsible for the leadership, optimization, and execution of all warehouse and activities—ensuring the efficient, secure, and timely movement of materials, equipment, and products across a complex operational network serving multiple venues

.The Warehouse Manager will play a critical role in delivering operational excellence, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring seamless coordination across logistics hubs, partners, and stakeholders.
