Job summary

Grady Memorial Hospital Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate daily warehouse operations at our facility. The role involves supervising associates, coaching staff, and ensuring accurate receiving, picking, staging, and palletizing tasks while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in multiple warehouse functions required.
  • Leadership or mentorship experience strongly preferred.
Skills
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to coach, support, and motivate team members.
  • Solid understanding of warehouse processes and workflows.
  • Ability to troubleshoot operational issues and support process improvements.
Certifications or Licenses

None required.

Preferred Certifications

OSHA forklift certification preferred. Additional warehouse safety or equipment certifications considered a plus.
