We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Effects (VFX) Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will:

• Develop and implement advanced visual effects with a deep understanding of physical phenomena.
• Utilize advanced knowledge of compositing and multiple 3D FX software packages.
• Collaborate with senior team members across studios to ensure visual consistency.
• Work closely with engineers to establish and manage VFX performance budgets.
• Take accountability for overall FX performance across titles.
• Coordinate the VFX pipeline at an expert level, resolving issues promptly.
• Foster open communication and collaboration across departments to improve workflows and pipelines.
