As a Senior UX Researcher, you’ll take a leadership role in driving impactful research initiatives, collaborating closely with internal teams and clients on a mix of exciting projects. Your expertise will not only guide research but also inspire the team and elevate our digital experiences. You’ll be the cornerstone of our efforts to understand user behaviors and preferences, crafting insights that help us and our clients achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead comprehensive user research, utilizing methods such as usability testing, interviews, surveys, and analytics to gain deep insights into user behaviors and preferences.
Oversee the UX Audit process, providing expert guidance and ensuring quality outcomes.
Plan, execute, and manage complex research studies, including participant recruitment, data collection, and advanced analysis.
Synthesize research findings into compelling, data-driven narratives and present insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Develop and maintain user personas, customer journey maps, and other user-centered artifacts to inform design and development decisions.
Provide strategic insights and make cohesive, data-driven design recommendations.
Present findings and insights to internal stakeholders, making actionable suggestions for enhancing user experiences.
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to ensure research findings are translated into impactful design solutions.
Mentor and guide junior UX researchers, fostering their growth and development.
Stay at the forefront of UX research trends and best practices, integrating the latest methodologies and tools into the research process.

Qualifications

Must have:

3-5 years of proven experience as a UX Researcher with a robust portfolio showcasing your research work.
Extensive experience in usability testing, user interviews, expert reviews, personas, user journey mapping, and stakeholder/discovery interviews.
Advanced proficiency with various UX research tools and software, such as usability testing software, survey platforms, and analytics tools.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and drive change within the organization.
Exceptional project management skills and a proven track record of leading research initiatives.
Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.

Nice to have:

Relevant UX certifications or coursework.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field (e.g., Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Anthropology, or a similar discipline) or equivalent experience in the field.
