Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer supporting a web-based application.
• 5+ years using Figma or FigJam to produce user flows, prototypes, wireframes, and mockups.
• 5+ years conducting user research, running tests with end users, synthesizing system data, and presenting findings to varied stakeholder audiences.
• 5+ years developing UX artifacts that support design research and architecture decisions.
• Hands-on experience with the Atlassian suite in support of large-scale scrum or kanban development.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DHS Suitability clearance.
