Job summary

The Matlen Silver Group, Inc. is seeking a Sr User Experience Designer for an 18-month contract across Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; and Raleigh, NC with ATL as preferred. The role pays 70–73 USD/hr on W2 for USC/GC candidates.

Lead UX design efforts, deliver high-fidelity prototypes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape industry-leading experiences. Applicants should have a BA/BS in a design field or 3+ years of UX experience, strong communication, and the ability to influence

Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field or 3+ years of UX design experience.
• Experience creating UX designs that give competitive advantage and measurable usability.
• Ability to produce high-fidelity comps and prototypes aligned with brand guidelines.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; able to influence product direction.

Job Summary:

Project Details:

• Translate user needs and business requirements into compelling experiences.
• Design and deliver visual design concepts and interactive prototypes across a variety of devices and interfaces.
• Represent XD for UI design activities in cross-functional development team to create industry leading experiences that deliver value to our clients, teammates and the business.
• Apply design standards, industry guidelines, and best practices to ensure designs are usable and accessible.
• Stay current on trends, theories, methods and processes.

Must Haves

• BA/BS degree in Communication Design, Graphic/Computer Design, other related field or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in creating user experience designs that create a competitive advantage and experience in scientifically measuring the effectiveness of those designs with end users.
• Qualified in creating design artifacts such as high fidelity comps that apply brand guidelines and prototypes.
• Strong communication skills. Comfortable presenting.
• Demonstrated ability to influence product direction and design through a deep understanding of users.
• Excels in a team environment.

Desired Skills

• Experience working in Financial Services.
• Advanced degree (MS or PhD) User Experience, Graphic Design, Web Design, Communication Design, other related field or equivalent work experience.3.Some familiarirty with working in banking platforms (Commercial/Wholesale backgrounds a plus)
• Understand agile work environment
