Overview

Sr. Delivery Lead / Client Relations / Talent Acquisition

Role: UX Designer

Type: Long term Contract W2

Experience: 8 - 12 Years

Base pay range

$50.00/hr - $55.00/hr

Responsibilities

Design and deliver end-to-end user experiences for digital platforms, focusing on both acquisition and service-oriented strategies.
Translate high-level business objectives and complex workflows into clear, scalable information architectures, user journeys, and design artifacts.
Drive design discussions and alignment by leading workshops with stakeholders across marketing, product, and engineering.
Act as a thought leader, leveraging competitive analysis and data-driven insights to influence design strategy and best practices.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to ensure design vision is maintained throughout the entire product development lifecycle.

Qualifications

8+ years of professional experience in UX design, with at least 5 years of demonstrated experience leading projects from conception to completion.
A strong portfolio showcasing a proven ability to solve complex problems and deliver polished, user-centered designs.
Expert proficiency with Figma and Miro is required.
Experience with multi-channel marketing, digital advertising, and CRM workflows
Demonstrated ability to use data analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) and user research to inform and justify design decisions.
