What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the end-to-end design process, ensuring a seamless user experience across projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop user-centered design strategies
- Facilitate design workshops and co-creation sessions with stakeholders
- Conduct and analyze user testing sessions to validate design decisions
- Identify pain points in enterprise workflows and propose design improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in UX design or a related field
- Education in UX design, graphic design, human-computer interaction, psychology, or a related discipline
- Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and understanding of UX principles
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe XD
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in health insurance, healthcare, or financial services
- Familiarity with design systems and frameworks
- Proficiency in Figma, including auto layout
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS
