Job Description Summary: SAP Production Planning Product Experts are specialists in the SAP Production Planning (PP) module. They provide deep functional and technical expertise, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining their module, gathering and clarifying business requirements, and supporting team members.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as the subject matter expert for SAP Production Planning (PP) projects.
• Gather requirements through interviews, process reviews, workshops, and more.
• Evaluate information, reconcile conflicts, identify gaps, and understand user needs.
• Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to analyze needs and deliver artefacts like process flows, design documents, user stories, and interface designs.
• Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Translate customer needs into application and operational requirements.
• Work with developers to establish technical visions and analyze trade-offs.
• Implement and deploy SAP solutions to meet business goals, including cross-functional components.
• Design, document, and implement process improvements with process owners and SAP specialists.
• Collaborate on technical feasibility and ensure solutions are sustainable.
• Define testing requirements and orchestrate demos and tests.

Are you a MATCH?

Required Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent.

Required Experience:

• 5+ years implementing SAP, including S/4 HANA.
• Hands-on experience configuring SAP PP solutions, including interfaces with external systems.
• 5+ years analyzing business and functional requirements.
• Experience troubleshooting complex applications.
• Experience on medium to large SAP initiatives.
• SAP Warehouse Management experience is a plus.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Expert in SAP PP with ability to engage with business and configure solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to manage stakeholder interests and establish effective communication.
• Specify requirements for tools, testing, and migration strategies.
• Align processes and deliverables with organizational goals.
