Amerisure is recruiting for a Product Analyst to join our team. This position can be remote from most locations in the U.S.

Position Summary:

Assist in product planning, development, and maintenance under guidance to enhance Amerisure’s expertise in target markets. Research market trends, regulatory changes, environmental factors, and market needs. Support projects by tracking and reporting product performance to stakeholders and help bring recommendations to execution.

Responsibilities:

1. Support coverage design of new products and endorsements with guidance.
2. Develop knowledge of contract and form language used in Commercial Lines products and compare with competitors.
3. Assist in documenting business requirements and collaborate with IT and other departments for implementation.
4. Conduct market analysis and gather competitive intelligence to support product enhancements or retirements.
5. Evaluate Amerisure’s product portfolio against competitors and market needs for potential improvements.
6. Review and analyze circulars for new and existing products, including Rules and Forms, with guidance.
7. Support the development of training content and coordinate with Underwriting and training teams for product understanding.
8. Report on product performance using key performance indicators and metrics.
9. Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners.
10. Assist in designing and implementing procedures for a new Policy Administration system.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business or related experience.
2. At least 3 years of coverage analysis experience in insurance or a similar role.
3. CPCU or similar certifications preferred.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively.
7. Self-motivated in a fast-paced environment.
8. Willingness to travel up to 10%.
