Job Objectives:

Manage and grow a portfolio of environmental casualty insurance products by developing strategic relationships with brokers. Use your underwriting expertise to develop pricing, negotiate terms, and build a profitable book of business.

Responsibilities:

• Underwrite new and renewal environmental casualty insurance policies, including general liability, site pollution, contractor’s pollution, and related coverages, following company guidelines.
• Develop and maintain broker relationships to generate new business and manage existing accounts.
• Prepare quotes, binders, referrals, and maintain underwriting documentation.
• Build positive relationships with brokers, insureds, and internal teams to ensure high satisfaction.
• Conduct marketing calls, account meetings, and participate in industry events to promote products.
• Engage in professional development activities.
