Role Description

The Sr Trust Officer is a full‑time, on‑site role based in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area or Greater Houston metroplex. Responsible for managing a portfolio of fiduciary and trust relationships. The role includes administering complex trust, estate, and agency accounts, ensuring compliance with fiduciary standards, legal requirements, and internal policies. The Sr Trust Officer works closely with clients, their advisors, and internal partners to ensure they all receive personalized fiduciary services.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong expertise Trust and Estate administration, operations, risk mitigation, and settlement.
• Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Fiduciary responsibilities and Trust Services to administer complex accounts in line with legal and regulatory standards.
• Candidates should possess robust communication skills via email, virual meetings, and in person.
• Relevant professional certifications such as CTFA, CFP, or JD with trust and estate emphasis are highly recommended
