About this opportunity **Under Align's flexible, hybrid work policy, most roles require office attendance Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, with optional office attendance on Monday and Friday. This is not a remote role and requires the candidate to live local to our corporate headquarters in Tempe, AZ. This position contributes to the company’s success by ensuring an efficient banking structure to support its global operations by overseeing operational and strategic projects. The Senior Treasury Analyst will support all aspects of Treasury & Risk Operations activities and will report to the Director of Treasury Operations. In this role, you will… Prepare global daily cash positioning and provide recommendations on liquidity requirements. Analyze and forecast cash, debt, interest expense/income, and bank fees, and recommend improvements. Understand and prioritize users’ requests for banking system access. Act as a primary lead for the management of users and their entitlements on each of the online banking portals and TMS as a primary administrator for these portals Work with broader Finance teams to manage end-to-end intercompany payments transition to SAP. This position also executes the testing of treasury processes to confirm that the new solutions meet requirements, proactively assisting with resolving blockages and staying within the project timelines. Manage the intercompany loan portfolios to ensure they are accurately recorded, and loan advances or payments are recorded in the Kyriba Treasury Management System. In addition, manage the monthly Intercompany settlements process, and ensure payments are processed across all entities. Establish a strong working relationship and work directly with the SAP Finance team to define and verify what is needed from the system to support Align Treasury function, acting as a translator to convey business/treasury needs during development, testing, and implementation. Assist with EBS banking migrations. Manage and coordinate ServiceNow tickets for the Treasury Department, ensuring tickets are responded to and resolved. Prepare and manage SOX support for the Treasury team. Work on other reporting initiatives and ad hoc projects as directed by the manager. In this role, you’ll need … Bachelor's degree, preferably in finance, accounting, business, or equivalent work experience. CTP is a plus. 6+ years of experience in treasury is a must Strong organizational, critical thinking, and customer service skills with the ability to multi-task and manage competing deadlines Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint with an emphasis on good Excel spreadsheet skills Knowledge of banking software and merchant portals SAP required Nice to have/Optional CTP Sound like a good fit?
