We Are Hiring

• Schedule: Full-Time: Monday-Friday
• Location: Remote

What You Will Do

The Senior Treasury Analyst, reporting to the Director of Treasury, plays a key role in supporting a team of Treasury professionals managing a complex national banking program. As a Subject Matter Expert in banking, the Senior Treasury Analyst will be responsible for:

• Opening, closing, and maintaining bank accounts
• Conducting bank account fee analysis
• Administering bank portals and assisting with user training
• Generating and providing reporting as needed
• Collaborating with the team and directly with internal business units including Legal, Tax, Technology, Accounting, and hospital staff
• Documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as required
• Opportunity to build a successful banking program during the cleanup phase

What You Will Need

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Additional Preferences

• Treasury experience
• Bank portal maintenance experience
• Proficiency in Excel is required; proficiency in Google Sheets is preferred
• A passion for learning and developing skills in a rapidly evolving environment
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written – with the ability to present ideas clearly and confidently
• Detail-oriented with a collaborative, team-oriented approach while also working independently
